The following content is currently not accessible:

Alternative text: Numerous graphics, SVGs, and linked images have no or insufficient alternative text (e.g., logos, teaser images, partner links).
Forms: Input fields have no or only placeholder-based labels, no program links with error messages, and no meaningful auto-completion.
Keyboard operation: Central functions (e.g., search, mobile navigation, sliders, radio buttons) cannot be operated via keyboard.
Semantic markup: Missing or incorrect structuring through headings, lists, landmark roles (<main>, <nav>), or ARIA attributes.
Color contrast: Several UI elements, teaser texts, or links have insufficient color contrast.
Focus indicators: Interactive elements (e.g., buttons, combo boxes, dropdown menus) do not show visible keyboard focus. • Error messages: There is a lack of textual and programmatically analyzable information about incorrect input.
Link texts: Teaser links are long and difficult to understand for screen reader users.
Language: Flags for language selection are not sufficiently semantically marked.
Navigation: There is no mechanism for skipping recurring content (“Skip to main” link or similar).

Planned Actions

The remediation of the listed deficiencies is planned. Implementation will be carried out gradually as part of a relaunch process with a focus on full BITV/EN 301 549 compliance.
